We believe closing a deal shouldn't be the hardest part of the job.

Bindly is an infrastructure company dedicated to removing the friction between a handshake and a cleared deposit.

Our Story

Bindly was born from a desire to level the playing field.

Before writing a single line of code for this platform, our founder, Christian S. Caputo, was helping his father-in-law manage and modernize the technology stack for his water mitigation and home restoration company. While integrating systems to streamline their high-volume field operations, he saw a glaring issue: the tools available to small and mid-sized businesses were fundamentally broken.

Generating complex agreements from clunky Word templates, pushing them through disjointed e-signature portals, and separately chasing down clients for emergency deposits was slowing everything down. The existing enterprise contract platforms were too bloated, too expensive, and lacked seamless native payment collection—leaving smaller operators at a massive disadvantage.

"Small businesses deserve access to the exact same high-quality, seamless technology as the big guys—without the enterprise price tag or the bloated setup."

Whether you are an independent creative freelancer booking a wedding, a specialized consulting firm, or a growing agency, you rely on predictable, secure agreements. You shouldn't have to piece together three different software subscriptions just to onboard a new client securely.

Our Engineering Philosophy

We built Bindly to bridge the gap between enterprise-grade security and everyday usability.
